Global Functional Diversity

This project aims to compile different databases of functional traits for plants and vertebrates and to explore the macroecology of functional diversity among taxonomic groups in the context of global change.

Key outputs include work published in Nature, Nature Communications, Science Advances, and Ecology Letters characterising the global distribution of functional diversity and its vulnerability to extinction and biological invasions.
